Products may also be discontinued or temporarily unavailable without prior notice.
Cleaning results can vary depending on the type of stain, surface, application method and other conditions.

Placing an order through Smart Safai constitutes a request to purchase the selected product(s).
We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving incorrect information, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability or delivery limitations.
We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.
Please check your order information carefully before submitting it.
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been handed over for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
All product prices displayed on Smart Safai are shown in the applicable currency displayed on our store and may be changed from time to time.
The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed when your order is placed, except in cases of an obvious pricing or technical error.
Smart Safai currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
We currently provide free standard nationwide delivery across Pakistan, subject to our Shipping Policy.
If any additional charge applies to an order, it will be communicated where applicable before the transaction is completed.
Promotional offers, discounts and prices may be changed or discontinued at our discretion.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Smart Safai aims to dispatch confirmed orders on the same day whenever reasonably possible.
Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on the customer's location and the courier service.
Delivery times are estimates rather than absolute guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, incorrect customer information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We currently provide free standard nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and active contact number.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, content created or owned by Smart Safai, including our branding, original text, graphics, product photography, designs and other original materials, may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without our permission.
Third-party trademarks, technologies and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
The Smart Safai name, branding and original materials may not be used in a way that falsely suggests authorization, endorsement or affiliation with Smart Safai.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to users of the Services.

Smart Safai is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online Services.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and Smart Safai.
Shopify is not the seller of Smart Safai products and is not responsible for the products sold by Smart Safai or for resolving transactions between Smart Safai and its customers, except to the extent required by applicable law or Shopify's own applicable obligations.

Customers should always follow the product instructions and, where appropriate, test the product on a small, inconspicuous area before wider application.
Products should not be used on surfaces or materials for which they are unsuitable.
Smart Safai cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, improper application or use on an unsuitable surface, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in this section removes your rights under our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Safai will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from improper use of our products or Services.
