If your Smart Safai product does not work as intended when used according to the provided instructions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We'll review the issue and do our best to make things right. If the product is confirmed to be defective or not performing as intended, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. Kindly provide your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue so our team can assist you quickly.

Once the issue is verified, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional product cost.

Returns

For regular returns, the product should be unused and returned in its original packaging and condition.

If you've already used the product and are contacting us because it did not work as intended, don't worry — your request can still be considered under our Money-Back Guarantee.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be sent through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind, we may accept a return provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Return delivery charges may be the customer's responsibility in these cases.
